I've heard that sleeping with it on with prevent sagginess!. However, i find it VERY uncomfortable!. Maybe a sports bra, or I know they make bras especially for sleeping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
ive been told you shouldn't sleep in your bra as it is bad for your back! duno if that's true tho! Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know but with my 38 DD boobs on a small frame!.!.makes it very uncomfertable to sleep with it on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
