Question: Is it normal for my period to have egg-white-ish mucus mixed with blood!?
My period started yesterday, with pink-red mucus that soon became blood!. The flow is light and there is an egg-white like mucus with it!. Is this normal!? I'm only 13 so sorry if i sound stupid!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hon, you aren't stupid at all!. That egg white substance is perfectly normal, it is all part of your uterine lining which sheds monthly!. Nothing to worry about!. If you have just started getting periods, they will be irregular for about 1-2 years!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
