Question: HELP me:/ UGHH!. yeast infection;BV question!.!?
okay!. i had bacterial vaginosis!. and a yeast infection!.
my doctor gave me Flagyl and Gynazone 1 to treat these!.
All the symptoms went away for about a week, and now
they're back!. I have the same symptoms!.
Yellowish tint to my discharge!. Itching from time to time!.
VERY bad FOUL odor! it stinks!.
VERY SORE outside on the vagina!.
i dont know why it came back!. i dont know if its the yeast or
BV that came back!?!?
i called my doctor!. and she told me that my boyfriend could have
caught the infection but didnt say which one!.
can guys get yeast infections or BV!?!? how do they get rid of it!?!?
and if i took medicine for them and slept with him after, can he pass
it back to me!?!? he is NOT having ANY symptoms at all!.

Probiotics, a multistrain type taken 2-3 times a day for a few weeks, also yogurt with live cultures such as DanActive or Activia can help establish good bacteria!.
Eliminate or reduce sugar while you have an active infection, sugar feeds the bacteria/yeast!. Also avoid caffeine and nicotine if you use them, it will make it more difficult to clear the infection!.
Use a condom while having sex!. Although your parnter may not be having symptoms and many suggest that men require no treatment, probiotics for him would be beneficial as would taking some oil of oregano a couple times a day for 3-4 weeks!.
