i was on my period yester day and all today but it stopped today and no more blood is coming out and i when i get discharge i can like sneeze and it will come shooting out [lol] and i was woundering should i wear a liner tonight so when i start sneezing in the mourning when i wake up [cause i have allergies] it wont go on my underwear [ cause it might be bloody or something] what do you think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
