Usually, women's breasts increase in size while pregnant and oftentimes even moreso while breastfeeding (thus the term engorgement!.!.!.)!. After a woman is finished breastfeeding, or chooses not to breastfeed, it is not uncommon for breasts to shrink in size and to loose quite a bit of elasticity!. The hormone relaxin, which we're all full of while pregnant, kinda takes its toll on "perkiness!.!.!."!. Sorry, dear, but what I'm saying is you can expect the same sized boobs or larger, and then for them to not be nearly as "upstanding" as they once were!. Gravity, age and childbirth/child-rearing are not at all kind to women's bodies!.!.!.I'm a 38DD, have nursed a total of 9 years of my life and basically wear a bra 24hrs!. a day to keep "the girls" in an upright position!. It helps to do this, but it's not the whole picture!. Eventually everything heads south if you're a woman, and it's a constant battle to keep everything together and in its proper place, to say nothing of the "chicken skin" that's starting to develop on my boobs!.!.!.Welcome to adulthood and aging, love!. As consolation however, my 12 year old daughter LOVES to hug me!. She tells me I'm "squishy in all the right places!.!.!." and that my breasts make "really soft, huggy pillows, where she likes to put her head!.!.!." Glad someone's enjoying the "softness"!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry as it is normal for breasts to gain sizes when pregnant!. You will keep that breast size for the time to breastfeed your baby and than, your breasts should go back to their normal size!. Do not forget that your mammary glands are preparing to produce milk for your baby and when your baby will be born, your breasts may get slightly fuller as your breasts will have milk in them for the baby!. The one thing you must remember is that you should breastfeed your baby on both breasts!. Meaning one the first time and the other the next time and vice versa otherwise your breasts will not be the same size!.

When my daughter-in-law was pregnant for both of her children, she usually was a 38C and she went up to 38D!. After both pregnancy, she went back to 38C again!.

Best of luck for your pregnancyWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am unsure if there are any reputable sources or studies I can provide to prove this, but I know for a fact that my sister had very full C's before she had her baby (she breastfed after) and now she is *maybe* a full A!.

I have no idea what affects this or anything, I just know it happened to my sister!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was that way too!. and I went back to my normal size, of a 34 B!. I've had 3 kids!.
But they might swell up bigger after the baby is born!. This will be from them getting filled with breast milk!. And they might become "engorged"!. So make sure you have a couple good nursing bras, even if you aren't going to breast-feed!. Then you'll definitely become engorged if the milk doesn't have any place to go!.

here's a sight about breastfeeding and engorgement

Mine shrunk after the first two but not after the third!. I went up a whole cup size!. It is possible that you could get bigger between now and the time you deliver!. I always got bigger my last month of pregnancy!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
