That's a really tough one!. I've heard it be compared to an eye that shuts when something comes towards it!. The only tip I could really give you would be to take things slow!. it depends on how severe it is!. If she simply tightens to the point that sex is painful, but you can still enter a bit, then there is hope!. If you can't get it in at all, there isn't much to be done!.
