Question: I'm like 15 and i barely have any energy !? how can i increase my energy so i can be happier!?
i usually joke around with everyone and make everyone smile + this boy i've been seeing but lately i've had not allot of energy :\ plus its hard for me to wake up in the morning!. and i feel like i'm in auto pilot alot & i just want to have some fun!. how can i increase my energy and fix this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey i'm 15 too and i felt the same way!.
I joined a swim team!. I practice 4 hours a day!. Swimming is the hardest sport on your cardio!.!. I also eat well, don't drink soda, and drink tons of water a day!.

So just make sure your getting some kind of excersize and eating right!. I know it sounds like the same old stuff, but it really is the truth =/ I used to not really do anything, and when i started swimming every day went by easier!.!. it was so easy to wake up in the morning!.

Make sure you're eating well - getting plenty of protein and carbohydrates!. Go to bed earlier, and try exercising!. It's the worst catch 22 in the world!. You feel like just lying down and doing nothing, but the only way to get more energy is to use some!. If you start exercising regularly, you'll have a lot more energy!. You can start with just walking around the block, or running for a bit!. Even yoga can help!.

Stay away from caffeine - that will just make you jittery and then you'll crash!. Also, try to reduce how much sugar you eat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

im 14 and feel the same way !! i cant wake up in the morning feel like their is no point in getthing up !.!.!.

i think it just part of growing up and being a teen !.!.!. a lot of people feel the same way but dont talk about it!.!.!.!! so dont feel 2 alone !.!.if i were you try doing what the other people said and everything !.!.!.but just be silly fool around nd try your best to have fun !!
