I missed two days of Monistat?!

Does that mean it won't work then!? I was away from home and couldn't get home to grab my ointment!. So does this mean that it will not take care of my yeast infection and I'll have to buy more and start the treatment all over again or do i just keep going about taking it until it's gone and it'll be fine!?
