generally i sleep in mine, but it really doesn't matter!. gravity is here to stay!. the best thing now is that when u start to sag it can be fixed these days!. a little pricey but would be worth keeping nice boobs when u get older!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you wear an under wire bra while sleeping it dramatically increases the chance of breast cancer so don't do it or wear a different no wire bra!!
