Question: Is it a hot flash that's lasted for 3 straight days now!?
i'm 40, no signs yet of menopause!. been on fire internally for 3 days now with no relief!. i don't feel sick and it doesn't feel feverish!. my skin is normal to the touch!. i just can't cool off!. it's all day and all night! my face is bright red-almost sunburned looking!. if i keep going outside to cool off in a t-shirt and shorts in 50 degrees, i'm going to get sick!. doesn't hot flashes go in spurts!? any other suggestions besides going to the doctor!? im pretty sure its hot flashes my grand mother has been a RN for 25 years and we were just talking about this she said you can get hotflashes years before you actually start menopause and she said she used too have them everynight for weeks it sounds like your just having hot flashes if your not running a fever sitting outside for little bit is fine but not too longWww@Answer-Health@Com
Not sure but im glad to see ur support pitts! I had to gime my wonderful dog away because where i live they have adpoted breed restrictions!. I was heart broken!.!.!.!.!.!. anyway the only thing i can tell u is that going out in the cold itself will not cause u to get sick so go cool off all u want!. heat and cold do not casue illness germs and viruses do!.
