Whats wrong with padded bra's! You are lucky cos yours wont sag like your friends with big boobs will!. And loads of lads prefer small boobs as big ones are a waste ;)

absolutly do not do exercise involving working the arms because thats how you loose what you have!. there is no exercise or food that will make you grow!. at 17 you will most likely grow only a tiny more!. the only way is implants if your that desprit!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
my friend told me you can take your breast and take 1 hand and put it on the outside of your breast and then ball up your fist and push the inside while pushing outward
