Not a nice question but i am really worried?!

Question: Not a nice question but i am really worried!?
For a few weeks i have been very itchy down below but not inside the vagina but at the top near where my pubic hair is and just below that inside my vagina(above my clit)!. I didn't think it could be thrush as it is only that small area so i assumed it was like a heat rash!. Anyway a few days ago i noticed a small lump in the area where it itches so i kept an eye on it but the other day i thought i had better make an appointment to get it checked out!. I decided to examine it so i could explain to the doctor what it was like and as i was it popped! A yellow liquid came out and i wasn't even touching it hard, i clean the area and was so embarrassed i didn't make the appointment hoping it would go by itself!. Now the lump is still there and still itches i am too scared to go to the doctor as i suffer from anxiety!. What could this be!? I know you are not doctors but any info would be great!. It couldn't be a sti or std as i have only been with one partner for 5 years and we both got checked out when we started sleeping together and i know he hasn't been unfaithful!. It sounds like it is probably a pimple or an ingrown hair!. You're not the only person in the world that's had a pimple "down there", so don't be embarrased!. It can be quite uncomfortable, but it's probably not serious!. Since you say it popped, it may heal and shrink over the next few days!. Itching is sometimes a sign of healing!. Take a hot bath, then gently squeeze the area again to see if anything comes out!. Apply a dab of neosporin or other antibiotic ointment!. Sebacous cysts can also occur, but they are much larger than an ordinary pimple!.

If it hasn't healed in a few days, I'd get checked out by the doctor!. Some cysts, although usually harmless, can be quite uncomfortable, and linger for quite some time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off you need stop being embarrassed and go to the doctor!. Your health is more important than your pride!. Second it may be a hair bump that has gotten infected!. If you shave or use nair it may just be as simply as that but you will never know if you don't go to a professional and get it check!. Your health especially down there is of the most importance at all times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no do not use a thrush cream, it is not thrush!. It sounds like nothing more than an infected hair follicle, herpes doesn't produce pus!. Apply warm compresses and keep the area as clean and dry as possible!. If the itching doesn't stop in 48 hours or the wound gets worse, then see a doctor!. You may have a staph infection that needs antibiotics!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it does sound like a spot, the yellow liquid would obviously be the puss that comes out!.

if it is a spot, shaving can cause itchiness!.

or, it could be a bit, liquid does come out of them, sometimes yellow!. this would also explain the itching!.

good luckkWww@Answer-Health@Com

Could it be an ingrown hair that got infected!?

It's always best to get checked out by OBGYN!. No reason to be embarrassed, it's their job and I"m sure they've seen it all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be a pimple from an ingrown hair!. You should make an appointment with your Dr!. to make sure it's not infected!. Don't worry, it's not serious!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
