Question: So tell me what im i doing wrong!? about my dieting !?
everyday when i look and the mirror it like i dont see no progress becoz i exercise like everyday and 30mines or 20 and i still dont see no progress but i try to keep it a Secret from my mom becoz i cant tell her nothing anyway
but last nite my mom cooked fast food and stuff and i didnt want to eat it so i ate half of it the burger and a few fries so when my mom went out side i throw the rest of it away so tell is im doing good
and another thing
is beans and corn bread is fating
becoz im relly trying i've been on a diet 3weeks now and i dont see no progress

you are better off exercising more than 30 mins!. I think it is recommended that you do over 40 mins!. After this time this is when the body start to break down the fat, anything less than this just warms up the body!. If you are worried about your calorie intake, use your daily guideline of 1500 cals for women!. Check packets etc but do not under any circumstances deny yourself food just to get to your ideal weight this can make you extremely ill!. If you find it easier plan your meals ahead so that you cannot break them!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
