Is water just fine or?!

Question: Is water just fine or!?
Is drinking lots of water fine to stop re-current UTI's besides wiping front to back after urination and urinate after sex!? Or do I need to drink cranberry juice [no sugar added one] also!?

Thanks a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
When you have just had a UTI, that is when it is most likely to come back, so if you are planning to have sex (this can bring it back ASAP!) Id drink cranberry juice for the first couple of weeks and lots of water and see how you get on, then you can decrease or stop the cranberry juice if every seems fine!.
Ive found in the past that as soon as i see as sign on a UTI, ive drank GALLONS of water and its actually gone on its own before i need to get medication!.

Good luck! xWww@Answer-Health@Com

They actually have a pill to stop recurrent UTIs!. Cranberry juice doesn't have the best flavor so you could always try Azo cranberry pills as well!. Some women are just genetically predisposed to get UTIs though!. Their urethras are shorter than the average woman and bacteria can easily move into the bladder and to the kidneys!. It could also be a bacteria on your partner disagreeing with your body as well!.

I actually have an allergy to a certain lubricant in some condoms and no matter how often I went to the restroom after sex, I always got a UTI!. I changed the type of condom after 7 UTIs and problem solved, not another one in over a yearWww@Answer-Health@Com

you can drink any kind of cranberry juice you want it will only speed things up it doesn't matter if it has sugar or not you don't have to and it can be bad also to suddenly start taking in excessive amounts of water especially when your not used to doing so you can still drink other stuff just make sure its mostly water juice tea and so on another thing to watch for is stoping i did this when i had one i drank nothing but water for like 4 months straight and i got so sick of it not realizing it i went an entire year with out drinking water Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do all of those things and you will be giving yourself the best chance of not getting a UTI!.

If I was getting lots of UTI's I would see the doctor for further investigation as its not normal to get that so often!. I am 44 and have never had one, never ever!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
