Question: Girls- was this my first period!?
OK, I'm 14 and like 101 pounds and like 5'2!. I have had discharge for 2 1/2 years before this!. and I'm a 32A - I have wanted my period for the longest time because all my friends had it, anyways!.!.!. I have had stomach pains for the past 2 days and i just felt like I pulled a muscle or something and that would've been normal because I've been working out lately!. So today in school I felt "wet" in my pants but i just figured it was discharge& i didn't feel the need to check it bc usually I get all excited (thinking its my period) but then its not!. So i didn't go to the bathroom till i got home from school, and I saw this DARK brown stain, and I though it was like poop (i know gross) So i wiped my butt hole but it was completely dry then I wiped my "area" and it was that brown stuff again with pink and light red in it!.!. I wiped again& again just to make sure!. and it kept coming!. So i changed my underwear and put on a pad, and I checked a couple minutes later and it was just that brown stuff again , so I waited a couple hours to wipe again and it was just that brown stuff, and my butt hole was still dry!.!. I haven't had any stomach pains yet but I'm just wondering!. was that my first period , or like a sign of my first period!. and is brown stuff that looks exactly like a poop stain normal!?
hahah sorry I got so detailed but my mom and sister are away this whole week so Im stuck with my dad and he liek doesnt know what to do so pleaaaaaseee help!.!.

Yes ma'am! definately a period!.!. along with the pad tomorrow, you may want to pack a couple of midol and an extra pair of underwear (yes, it can run off a pad)!. Also, try to make sure you eat enough so that you do not become fatigued!. (plenty of dairy products- menstrating girls/teens/women lack calcium while on their periods)!. Also, if the cramps persist or back pain occurs- alternate a heating pad with an ice pack every 4-6 hours!. hope this helps! (and dont be afraid to talk to dad- mom has a period too!)Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sound to me liek a first period!. the blood may be darker because it just sat in your uterus for awhile and/ or the air dried it!. Even for me who has had their period for 13 years still has it come out brown sometimes, its not necessarily always bright red and is not always accompanied by cramps!. every woman is different!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
hi i know what your going through i am 13 now and i got my period last year!.!.!.!.!.!.and that is most likely your first period because it was like that when i got my period i was scared to and i asked my mom and she said it was normal and sometimes at the end of my period it still happens hope i helped=] if you need anything else just message me=]Www@Answer-Health@Com
Definatley your period!. Call your mom tell her, i didn;t my mom was very insulted, then go to a friends mom, or if you have a neighbor you trust and talk to them if you need any help!. Just make sure you trust them, even a school nurse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you got your period!. don't worry it will turn from brown to a redish color like tomorrow or the next day!. congrats now you get to deal with this for 40 some years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sure is your period!. The color changes sometimes!. Also you most likly will get the cramps before your period not during!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
