Question: Belly dancing after birth!?
so i'm just wondering after I have my baby can I start taking belly dancing classes to lose the pregnancy tummy and get it back in shape!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Belly dancing is a great cardio workout and lots of fun, but don't expect toned results!. Belly dancing doesn't do that!. I would suggest partnering it with regular toning/muscle strengthening exercises in order to get in shape--also try yoga and pilates!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i would say YESSSS i took it my mom took it and my friends, we are all different shapes and sizes and we all lost our bellies!. bellydancing is a great and fun way to lose weight i have been taking classes for about 3 months now and i have lost about 5 in the first two months i stopped counting after that!.!. if you have directv go to fittv and watch the show shimmy try a couple of thoes workout to get you started until you can get back to a gym to take a classWww@Answer-Health@Com
