Question: How long does it take to take a tampon out, also, what if you cant get it out!?
Answers:
be careful!. you HAVE to relax!. or it won't come out because you are too tense!. and you can't "tug it out softly" you have to pull down not too soft, not too hard!. NOT TOO HARD!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It usually takes about a second or two, really!.
You should always be able to get one out!. If your string breaks or something, your vagina will might push it out after a while (but don't count on it) just like it would a baby!. Or you can go to the doctor (advised)
If it seems like its "disappeared", you probably took it out and forgot!. You can't "lose" a tampon there!.
Also, it your string breaks, it shouldn't be too far up there for you not to just get it with your fingers (sound gross, I know) but if you have a tampon in too long, it can cause an infection!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Change your tampon at least every 8 hours!. To remove it, just gently pull the string!. You shouldn't worry about getting the tampon stuck in there, the string is securely sewn on with the tampon!. The only way you can get a tampon stuck in your vava is if you forget that you have a tampon inserted, and you insert the a new one and push the other one inside!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you are using the right absorbancy - the lightest absorbancy you can get away with is best - U should change it every 4 hours or every bathroom visit!.

You should only need one good tug to get it out!. If its not coming out just wait an hour longer and check if its ready!. It's usually harder to get out if it's "Dry" or you flow is too light for the absorbancy!.

Do Kegals to strengthen your PC mucles then when you sit on the toilet just push like you are having a BM and it should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Practically no time at all!. If you can't get it out, you need to relax and try again!. It might help to change your position a little bit, like put your foot on the edge of the bathtub!. If you really can't get it out, you'll need to go to a doctor, but that's pretty uncommon!. The way your body's designed, you're not just going to lose something up there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you can't get it out!.!.!. I guess you'll find it in there somewhere when you put your next one in!. I was going to the bathroom and this red string was sticking out of me!. I thought it was a blood clot so I let it drip, lol!. I went to wipe, and low and behold!!! It pulled on my insides!!! It takes not even ten seconds to get it out!. It's really easy, and all you feel is pressure, really!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All you do is pull the string!. It takes like 2 seconds!. You shouldnt have any problem getting it out!. Even if the string would break or something like that!.!.!.which ive never heard of anyone actually have that happen!.!.!.!.there is no where for the tampon to go!.!.!.!.isnt like it can get further up in you!.!.!.!.cant go past the cervex!. Could just reach in and pinch the end of it and pull it outWww@Answer-Health@Com
