Change your tampon at least every 8 hours!. To remove it, just gently pull the string!. You shouldn't worry about getting the tampon stuck in there, the string is securely sewn on with the tampon!. Make sure you are using the right absorbancy - the lightest absorbancy you can get away with is best - U should change it every 4 hours or every bathroom visit!.

Practically no time at all!. If you can't get it out, you need to relax and try again!. It might help to change your position a little bit, like put your foot on the edge of the bathtub!. All you do is pull the string!. It takes like 2 seconds!. You shouldnt have any problem getting it out!.
