Question: When is it safe to have sex without a condom when on birth control!?
I have been on birth control for, going on, 3 years and me and my boy friend of 2 months have been talking about sex!. He just bought condoms just in case we decide too but Im just wondering if there is a safe time to have sex with out a condom!. I never had sex before and Im not sure what to expect or decide, he says it the decision of the girl to use it or not and that he is fine either way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you should find yourself in a situation where you don't have one available, the 1 1/2 weeks after your period starts is the safest time, to prevent pregnancy!.
Also, the week before your period is due is safe, if you can guarantee that you will run on time!.
When in doubt, get the morning after pill, it costs about $40!.00!. It is cheaper than an abortion and you will never know if you were pregnant or not, so - no guilt!. It is also available without a prescription!.

If you've been on BC for 3 years, then you can have sex without a condom without fear of pregnancy (assuming you take it properly) BUT birth control does NOT protect from STDs!.!.!.!.ALWAYS remember that!.

Go to a clinic, and get your selves BOTH tested for STDs!. If there are any, wear a condom!. If there are not, you can choose if you want!.

The pill is effective after you finish your first pack (ofter one month), but we all know it's not 100%!. If you don't want to get pregnant, and to help prevent sexually transmitted disease, it's safer to use the condom!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
No u should never have sex without a condom even WITH birth control u can still get pregnant and im not tryin to ofend but you may not know if your boyfriend has something like AIDS or HTD so no its not wise or safe to have sex without a condom Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, make sure everyone's clean!. 3 months is the usual for birth control to really be reliable!. no condom is much nicer!.
