You are right in that when you aren't having enough bleeding to fill a tampon it can be very uncomfortable to remove!. And yes ,that could have made your second tampon insertion more difficult, which could have led to you not inserting it in far enough which feels very uncomfortable!. You should only be using tampons with the minimum absorbancy that you need, at your age and stage of menstruation you probably only need the slender light tampons!. On your lightest days you would probably be better served by using a pad only!. Switch to a pad for today!. If you have trouble removing the second tampon, try soaking in a tub for awhile which will allow a little water to seep in and help soften the tampon which will make it easier for you to remove!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are not bleeding enough for the tampon to get full of blood and is still dry when you take it out, then you shouldn't be using them!. Putting them in wile you are mostly dry and taking hem out while the tampon is still mostly dry can cause permanent damage to your insides!. I would use a pad on your light flow days until your period is regulated enough to go back to tampoms as it gets heavier!. Tampons should never be left in anymore then 6-8 hours, or can cause your body to go into shock in extreme cases!. If your tampon feels uncomfortable and is hurting you then it is not in right!. You shouldn't even notice it there if it is in right!. If you have it in wrong and need to take it out, do this very slowly so you do not injure yourself taking it out again!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi, yes - you probably used one which was too big for the flow!. Just use a towel when you're beginning to come on - then on the second day, when it really arrives use a tampon to cope!. However, maybe you should try the mini ones and just change them a bit more frequently!. If you wear a towel as well as tampons you don't have to worry about leaking!.

It's not very good for you to use tampons all the time really!. I only use them when it's at its heaviest!. They can leave deposits of cotton wool inside and can lead to endometriosis when you're older (happened to my sister), also they contain bleach!.

You'll find what works for you eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you did put it up far enough!. Once you put it in, angle it towards your lower back!. When you put pressure on in to push it in, move it around a little until you find the "right" spot!. Once you find the opening, it'll push right in!. Make sure you're muscles are relax when putting it in AND taking it out!. Sometimes it can hurt a little if you're dry!. Wear a panty liner perhaps, until you're sure you've got a heavy flow!.

P!.S!. Tampons have nothing to do with being sexually active, it doesn't necessarily make it easier!. They should never hurt regardless when inserted correctly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is a better product then tampons or pads, a menstrual cup like the Diva Cup or the Keeper!. If your flow is too light for a tampon (like yours is) a menstrual cup would help because you can wear one even if you're not on your period!. Plus, they are completely reusable since being Green is the hot new thing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The general rule of tampons is that if you can feel it it's not in right!. If it's causing you discomfort take it out and try again!. make sure to take it out slowly don't just yank it out!. You also shouldn't use them at the very beginning or very end where you are very dry, use a light panty liner for those days!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tampax makes a special tampon for teenagers that's smaller than there one for your lightest days!. That will help with the pain because its smaller and even if your not bleeding heavily it wont hurt to take it out!. Other than that, stick to the instructions on the box!. If its at the end of your cycle you might want to try using a pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you probably broke your hymen trying to take out the first one/take out the second one assuming you were a virgin!. Sometimes tampons dont break the hymen as was my experience, thus explaining why it didnt hurt the first time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What size are you using!? If you HAVE to wear one, use the teen kind from tampax or the light one!. It sounds like your flow isn't heavy enough to need one!. This is why it hurts! It is also better to use pads when your that young and with a light flow!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to make sure its up far enough,if it does nt feel right take it out and put in a new one!.if you have nt bled much then it can be sore to take out try using a mini tampon for lighter flow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dry tampons develop this suction that kills when you remove it!. These may not be for you, it seems only the sexually active can put them in properly!. I have never even felt it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
