Answers:
yyes you should get off i remember going throu that when i was at school, try a hot water bottle or if you can a bath, if you can focus on something for a while like maybe the tv or a book!.

if it is like this every month go to the doctors and get somethingWww@Answer-Health@Com

I am sorry abou that love!.

have a very warm bath, that should ease the pain!. And a hot water bottle in bed with you,!. Place the bottle on the areas causing the most pain!.

Might I also recommend (if you are allowed) some ibuprofen!. I found it much more effective than paractemol when i was younger!. Again, ask mum if you are allowed it, i don;t know if there are any age restrictions on it!.

EDIT: If ibuprofen doesnt work, or if you are too young to take it, go visit your doctor and see if he can prescribe something specially!. WHen I was a young girl, my doc prescribed Ponstan forte - it worked well for me!. I know that wont help with your immediate problem, but it could help you avoid this situation in the future!.END EDIT

You shouldn't go to school!.
I had period cramps and a cold and went to school!.
I ended up going to the sick bay!. I felt horrible!.
They gave me a hot water bottle, several pillows and paracetamol!.
Try that!.
Also heaps of water, or hot tea helps!. (Peppermint tea is best)Www@Answer-Health@Com

probably your period!. it's happened to me too!. take advil or tylenol or tums, use a hot water bottle!. just try to stick it out! every female goes through this,Www@Answer-Health@Com
