unfortunately, claire, losing weight doesn't always work!. breasts are made up of adipose tissue (fat) along with other tissues such as mammary glands!. i had to get a breast reduction surgery because no matter how much weight i lost (which i was already a bit underweight), my breasts would still be a DDD cup!. the plastic surgeon took 6 lbs!. mammary tissue out of my chest, no fat was taken out because there was not enough for removalWww@Answer-Health@Com
