Question: If my periods are all light none of the days would class heavy bleeding what day do i count as 1!?
Answers:
i don't know what do mean by "what do i count as one"
but it's completely normal to have light periods
the average amount of blood lost during one period is 30 mL, however, it's a normal variation to have amount of blood lost that range from slight spotting to 80 mL
what maybe abnormal is if u noticed a significant change between your previous usual periods & the recent oneWww@Answer-Health@Com
