The first thing you should know is that it's not really about penetration!. That's what I thought when I was first starting out and I tried sticking my finger inside me but it never felt good and sometimes it even hurt!. What you really want to do is touch the outer parts, mainly the clitoris!. Penetration is great after you've had some good clitoral stimulation!. This causes your body to create lubrication in your vagina and the muscles loosen to make room for penetration!.

Dip a couple of fingers into a little bit of oil (baby oil, veggie oil, whatever) and start gently rubbing yourself!. Your clitoris is right at the top of your pussy!. It's just a little nub!. It extremely sensitive so if it hurts at first don't rub right on it, just rub around it then as you go try rubbing it again!. Experiment and see what feels best to you!. Once you've been doing it a bit you can slide your fingers up inside yourself to get more lubrication on them!. Go back and forth, penetration is wonderful but it's your clitoris that will give you orgasms!. Learn how you like to be touched so you can tell the future man in your life!.

Here are a couple of safe sites for you to read about your lady parts!.

This is a good picture cause you can click on different parts to see what they are and compare them to what you see on yourself!.

BTW, the clitoris and g-spot are not the same thing!. You can read about it on the sites above!. I've never actually talked to a woman who had located theirs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you are playing with the clitoris (a!.ka "g" spot)!. That's the part that gives women pleasure when they are pleasuring themselves or when they engage in intercourse!. Your clitoris ("g" spot) is like a small penis or mushroom located in the ceiling of your vagina!. Don't forget to think sexual thoughts!.

Try reading Aztec Blood by Gary Jennings (this is a novel) and pay good attention to all the parts of when a woman is getting sexual pleasure!.

I don't really know how a woman masterbates but this is what I know!. Good luck!
