Now i am not as daft as she thinks i recognize this pain goes above and beyond that of painful ovulation!!! does anyone know or recognize what this may be as the pain is still ongoing :(Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The 'fluid' around your uterus could be blood!. I had 'painful ovulation' and cramps so bad that I vomit and pass out!. The doctor told me that I had endometriosis which causes unbelieveable pain and internal bleeding!. I had a procedure done, I think it was a laparoscopy, and went on birth control to stop the internal bleeding!. The fluid they found may not be directly caused by the P!.I!.D!. Either way I think you need to find a new doctor!. Someone who will take the time to explain what is going on with your body and someone with a better nursing staff!. I hope this helped!. inflammation of any kind causes fluid to collect around the inflamed organ!.!.!.it is one of the 5 features of inflammation (the other features being fever pain redness swelling)!.!.!.think of an infected wound and you will understand what i mean!.
if u have these features it means your body's immune system is working fine and you are on your way to recovery!.
just make sure you have followed all your doctor's instructions and that the pain is not to severe and that u dun have fever!.eat lots of healthy food and ask your doc about infertility complications (one of the major cause of infertility is pid)!.
