Question: PMS!.!. Women and Chocolate Lovers :'/ !.!.!.!?
Ok!.!.!. This might sound veryyy stupid, but I'm dying here!.!.

Theres a chocolate bar sat in the fridge, and I realllllly reallllly wan't to eat it, the thought of the taste of chocolate melting in my mouth is making my mouth water!.!.

But ive not that long finished my tea, so I really can't eat it yet!.!.!. I dont want to end up overweight jut because i cant get over temptation!.!.

Any one got any tips on how to resist ths temptation !?!?!? Its killling me!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I am positive you are over looking one little detail!.!.!. I am sure that one chocolate bar would not chang your diet!. BUT it depends how old are you and how many pounds you weigh!. OR hide the chocolate bar were you would never look, example; medicine cabinet, or another way: ask your friend to hide it and make sure you're not looking, so that you won't know were it is and find it!.

if you don't want to do anything i suggested, EAT IT!

Think about how long it will be in your mouth for and then compare the worth of that with how many calories are going into you, that usually helps me!

Or,,, look at a picture of someone with an amazing body and think, she must have given something up to look like that!.!.!.!

try getting real Cocoa Bars,just nothing higher than 75%,Cocoa its' really good for you,it's actual REAL chocolate,for me I hate anything chocolate,but my bf is in love with Cocoa and eats it's a lot,and I swear doesn't gain a pound!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pick it up and look at the amount of calories and sugar it has it it and think about how much good your actually doing for your self then thuck it in the bin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh my god!. You could get hit by a bus tomorrow and you wouldn't have eaten the chocolate bar- just eat it!

Okay I get the exact same thing !. Usually when Im really craving chocolate I will go and eat something else, like toast or crackers !. I find that helps !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do some exercise - which may help take your mind off it, or !.!.!.eat an orange - it's a bit random I know but it always puts me off chocolate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Throw it in the bin!.!.!.!.!.!. or just distract yourself (watch some crap on T!.V, read a few chapters in a book, do some exercise etc!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

throw the candy away and brush ur teeth also drink water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
