Question: Anyone tried Nuva Ring!?
Ok i just was on Yaz b!.c and it was making me cramp horribly and have dizzy spells so my doctor switched me to Femcon and ive been on it about a week and im on an emotional roller coaster! (i am also 3 months postpartum) so having a 3 month old and feeling like im going to loose my mind and go crazy woman on somebody arent a good mix!. so i called back and he suggested Nuva Ring!. im kinda skeptical because its something new and different!. has anyone tried it before!? did u like it!? did it ever fall out!? and was it weird having sex with it in!? i do want a long term b!.c at least till i get out of pharmacy school(6 more years 2 go!) i dont want to get pregnant until i graduateWww@Answer-Health@Com

NuvaRing is very comfortable!. It definitely doesn't feel like something is "shoved up there", any more than a tampon does!. It's really nice not to have to worry about taking a pill at exactly the same time every day - you can put the ring in any time all day, and if you forget and do it the next day it's still okay!. Your partner cannot feel it inside you, though it did come out of me one time during sex the very first time I had it in!.
NuvaRing has the lowest instance of side-effects, because the hormones are delivered directly to the reproductive organs instead of going all the way through your system!. However, for me, the side-effects were pretty not cool!. I lost my once-vibrant sex drive and had a very hard time lubricating or reaching orgasm, and I was suddenly unable to lose weight despite my best efforts!.
If you want to wait at least six years before having another baby, have you considered an IUD!? Mirena stays in for five years, Paraguard for ten, but you can have either of them removed before then!. I just had Paraguard put in this week, and it's nice because there are no hormones to screw with my body!. I must say, however, that it hurt like heck to have it put in - but it's supposed to be a lot easier for women who have had vaginal deliveries already!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

my sister had it!. she said that people sometimes die of nuva ring!. sex with it feels like a pain!. its just more pushing into your cervix and all that!. my sisters fell out once!. but it was right after she had sex!. she did like it she just didnt want any of the bad side effects!.

Well to make it short, my sister had the nuva ring, and now i have a beautiful 4 month old nephew!. I had taken it into consideration, but im not sure i wanna risk it anymore!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
