I think i havr an Eating problem?!


Question: I think i havr an Eating problem!?
For like the past week I have not eaten a lot I've eaten like 3 meals and a little snacking!. Its not like I don't want to eat I just havnt been and nothing has sound good!. And last night I had the worst stomich ache, I went to the bathroom but I couldnt throw up!. And today I actually had a meal, but now I feel sick!.

High stress situations can diminish your appetite!. I went through a really hard breakup and lost about 10 pounds over the course of a month of low appetite!. Push yourself to eat small meals regularly so you don't starve yourself and try to address the things that are making you sad and stressed!. Even if you're nauseated, push through it!.

You could be sick!. It wouldn't be unusual for those symptoms!. If you aren't sick then is there something going on in your life that is making you not eat!? Depression, anxiety, frustration, peer pressure, the list is endless!. If there's something bothering you then you should talk to a parent, a sibling, a friend, someone at church!.

If you aren't ill and none of this seems to fit then something more serious could be happening and you should probably see a doctor!. Keep in mind, though, that if you had a full meal after only having a few snacks for a few days you may simply have eaten more than your stomach could handle as it can shrink when you don't put anything in it for a while!. Try to eat something, even if it's not sounding good, maybe along the bland food diet to help make sure you don't aggravate anything that might be causing your system to be upset!. A bland diet that is often suggested when there is a problem with keeping food down is Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast or referred to as a BRAT diet to help remember it easier!. You could try that if you are getting sick feelings when you eat!. Eat small portions but often to keep yourself nourished so things don't get worse!.

In any case, if the condition persists see a doctor!. This isn't the best place to get advice on a potential illness or eating disorder!.

dont worry you dont have a eating promblem you are just probably getting the flu!. The flu is going around!. I had it and i had that same thing happen!. (FYI gets worse!.but then goes away!.) Are you depressed!? This happens to me when I am depressed!. Or sometimes in the winter i have less of an appetite for some reason!. I hope you aren't depressed!. Maybe if you force yourself to eat more you will be hungry more often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are having weird eating schedules, and eating at different times then your body is used to!. Try eating meals at regular times and also eat healthy foods instead of unhealthy!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
