Question: AHHHH helpppp please :)!?

i have eczema, but during the summer when it was bad, i got tan, and the the patches where i had it stayed white!.
so now i'm splotchy! :l

please someone help me on what to do and why this happened and how to fix it so it won't happen in the future!.

get a sunless tanning spray (not tanning booth! thats bad for you!!!)
