My boyfriend and I were planning on going to the beach this weekend and I was going to go swimming!. The trouble is is that, I got my period today and now Im not sure if I can even go swimming!.
Can I still go swimming or do I have to stay out!?

If you use a tampon you can go swimming!.
If you use pads you might leak before you get in the water, and when you get out, could get messy!. Periods tend to stop once you are submerged in water!. (you cant wear pads in the water- some girls seem to wonder if they can or not!!)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can still go swimming!. Try using sport tampax!. You can do whatever you need to do!. and the cool part is that you'll eventually forget the tampon is in you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
