BCPs and Time Change.. ?!

Question: BCPs and Time Change!.!. !?
I take Yasmin, and have moved across the country this month from Toronto to Vancouver!. In Toronto I was taking my pill at 11pm, and so in Vancouver I should be taking my pill at 8pm!. The time change has apparently made me forget my pill a few times!.!.!. and I've ended up taking it at 1:30 am a few times in a row the past few days!. Should I be concerned!? I haven't noticed any breakthrough bleeding because of missed pills this month, which is what has happened when I was on another pill!.!. so I haven't felt that it has made that much of a difference!. My pill's documentation said that anywhere within 3 hours of 24 hours is close enough to the "same time each day!." That is, you could have just kept taking it at 11pm in Vancouver!. As long as each day you've been 21 - 27 hours apart with taking your pill, you're perfectly fine!. My documentation also said that if you missed a pill but took it within 24 hours, then you might be at risk for the next 7 days (just in case an egg miraculously popped out right on that day) but then after that you'll be fine!. In any case, I really suggest sticking to 11pm if that's what you're used to!. I used to miss my pill at least twice a month and take it the next morning and never had spot bleeding with that!. I'm off of it now!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey, i am on the same pill and I set a reminder on my fone for the same time every day, my fone just vibrates when this alarm goes off so I can discreetly take my pill wherever I am at the time, as long as you keep a routine, even if it is a new one, you should be fine, I have had to change my routine from 8!.30 pm to 10!.30 pm because it was awkward and I havent noticed a change, no breakthrough bleeding either, just try to set yourself a new time and stick to it, dont worry, as long as you take your forgotten pill within 12 hours from the time you usually take it, it shuld carry on working the way it should, xxWww@Answer-Health@Com
