Can you go swimming with your period?!
Question: Can you go swimming with your period!?
Cuz i have to go swimming saturday mornings!.
But i have my period this week!. Since tuesday!.
And it's my first time!. But i don't want to take the risk to go swimming without a tampon!. I don't know what to do!! Cuz since it's only my first time getting my period (i'm 12 by the way) what do i do!? does your period stop (as in stops leaking temporarily) when you're in the water!? i dunno what to do!! Can you go in the water with something other than a tampon!? or is that the only thing that works!? I'm very new to this!. I think you've realized that by now =(

The only way I would go in the water without a tampon is if you don't have any bleeding Friday!. Water doesn't stop your period you there would be a lot of women who spent a week in the water every month!. Tampons aren't as hard to use as you think, but try one out on Friday if you're going to use it Saturday!. Read the directions in the box and use it for the first time when you are home and not rushed!. Use a skinny one with an applicator!.

You will need to use a tampon to go into the pool!. Your period does not stop in the water, you just don't see it since it washes away!. If you are not comfortable with a tampon, as you may not be since this is your first period, try to skip swimming this week!. Your period will be gone for the following week!. Who knows, since this is your first period, it may be gone by Saturday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You absolutely cannot swim without a tampon!.!.!.your period won't stop while you are in the water!. Periods last from 3-5 days, so maybe you won't even have it on Saturday!.

Wear a tampon!. Swimming with your period is perfectly ok!. But I wouldn't suggest swimming without a tampon in !.!.!. you won't leak in the water, but when you get out !.!.!. messy legs!. Trust me, been there done that, embarrassing as all get out!. Use a super slim tampon, they're specially designed for first time users!. Read the instructions, practice inserting them until you feel comfortable with doing it and like you are doing it properly!. You'll be just fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

when i was younger and didnt use a tampon my cycle was light so me and all my friends who were on theirs (at camp) would wear underwear and a panty liner and shorts!.!.!. hope it helps and oo if u want to try a tampon try o!.b!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you are quite safe to go swimming with your period!. Put in a tampon and you will be fine!. You will probably need to change it after you have finished swimming!. You will certainly feel more comfortable in your own mind if you are wearing one!. And if you are prone to tummy cramps at all, swimming will help to relieve them!. By Saturday you will probably have noticed that the blood flow has begun to lessen quite a bit too!. It is usually heavier in the first couple of days and then gets less so that by about Saturday or Sunday you may have actually stopped bleeding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
