Question: Ok is five to six hours too long to keep it in!?
so i am going to a football game that starts at seven then there is a dance afterwards that goes untill twleve!. so i am leaving for the game at six fourtyish and will get home at around twelve fiftenn/twelve thirty
so if i put a tampon in right when i left and took it out right when i got home would i be ok!? cuz the box says 6-8 hours but my mom always tells me only 3-5 hours!.!. and i have worn one for six hours before but would i be ok again!?
or should i bring another one!?

I think you'll be okay, depending on your flow, but I'd take another one just in case something unexpected happens!. It's always best to be prepared!. And tampons are so small and easy to hide, compared to pads!. Be creative and find somewhere to hide it where it wouldn't be so obvious!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm sure you'll be fine, just don't leave it in longer, or do that regularly, TSS can happen with a tampon in for long periods of time!. Which can be dangerous, I suggest bringing some extras with you, but if you don't want to, just make sure you change it once you get home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It should be fine, but take one just in case you start to feel strange- I've worn them for that long a few times, and nothing ever happened!. You just have to be careful, if you start to feel dizzy/shaky or feverish, change it ASAP!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
