Feeling jittery and anxious...?!


Question: Feeling jittery and anxious!.!.!.!?
I'm normally a very happy and extremely outgoing person!. I'm on my period and am not sure if it's just my hormones that are causing it!. This has never happened to me before!. Is there anything I can do to help or anyone that can relate!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Could be hormones!. This always happens to me if I take a diet pill or have an energy drink!. Be sure you haven't taken anything out of the ordinary for you, take some deep breaths and wait it out!. You'll probably feel better in a matter of hours!. In the meantime, you can probably get a lot of housework done :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Periods suck major!. I have terrible mood swings, especially if I'm not eating properly before and during my period!. (Lay off the salt, you'll bloat like crazy)!. If your periods are regular, and you can tell when you're about to come on, just prepare for it and you'll be fine!. Just having to deal with it for the next 20 years!.!.!.!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body is "trying to tell you something"!. Did you have a big breakfast to refuel sufficiently to at least midday (hypoglycemic)!? Have you drank enough water!?
Are you warm enough!? Did you get enough quality sleep!? Perhaps you ate something that was a tending towards the 'chew and spew' effect!. Allergies!? Nutritionall imbalance e!.g!. low in essential vitamins ( like B's) and minerals like magnesium!. Constipation combined with periods = feeling yucky in abdomen!.

It could be related to the full moon this week!. The moon does exert a gravitational pull on people!. Extreme behaviour start showing up, so if you were slightly edgy you can become gruff, snappy and more uptight than than you were earlier!.

Exam time --pressure times!.
Unknowingly picking-up vibes from family, friends, etc !?

Suggest you talk to a trusted person: Mum, Dad, good folks, GP, telephone helplines, pharmacist, read and research, aromatherapy, gentle exercise!.!.!.!. meditate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
