How can I tighten my lower belly?!


Question: How can I tighten my lower belly!?
Right now I have lots of weight to lose, but I already know what diet I'll be on so I don't need that kind of advice!. Most my life I've been a chubby one, but when I was 13, I decided to make a change and I lost a lot of weight!. I was about 5'2 and became somewhere between 90-96 pounds!. But I still looked chubby in my tummy area right at the bottom!. No amount of crunches or sit ups helped me lose that little pouch!. This time I don't want that to happen!. I'm going to lift weights while losing, but I don't know how to tighten my tummy!. I need exercise plans that are exact- not how much to run either cause I've got that handled with this diet!. I just need a way to tighten the bellyWww@Answer-Health@Com

this is going to be hard to explain but I'll try my best!. while laying on the ground on your back have someone stand over you like there feet straddling your head!. bring your legs straight up!. they throw your legs down and you can't let your feet hit the ground!. they have to stop like 3 inches before hitting the ground!. you may hold on to the person's ankles!. Sounds like you are dedicated, and working hard!. Just stick to your plan while continuing to do those sit ups and crunches, and it will eventually pay off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try holding up your legs, knees at a right angle while sitting up with a weight in your hands and twist your upper body back and forth!. Really hope these are good instructions, and that the excersise does what you need it to do!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do crunches AND cardio!. Aerobics!. Different types of exercise! Rememebr, if you lose fat all over your body, you'll loook better!. You can't just lose it in ONE spot!. Alright!? Here's how:

By getting stronger abs & losing the fat covering your muscle layer!.

How can you do this!? Jogging for around half an hour (in the park or treadmill), walking briskly for as long and as frequent as you can, doing as many crunches and sit-ups once you're warmed up and remember the key:

BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU TAKE IN!.

If you do all of this before breakfast and drink LITRES of water as you're doing your workout, you'll feel happy, refreshed, alert and light!. Agile!. A perfect morning workout!
