Question: Should Down There Stink!? While on my period!?
I was wondering if my vagina should stink if i have my period!. I mean i just showered 2 hours ago and it's gross!. I'm wearing a tampon Does that mean I should take it out and put a new one in!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're body is getting ride of your uterine walls pretty much since you did not conceive!. It's cleaning itself out!. So yes it will smell!. You can buy scented pads and tampons!. You can also use whips that help al ot too!. It happens to every single woman with a period!. You are not the only one!. As long as you wash yourself really well while on your period and usescentedd pads and/or tampons you will be fine!. It's natural to smell a little down there during that time of month!. Just be sure to change your tampon at least every 4 hours!. It also helps to use scented baby wipes,as well as toilet paper,when you use the bathroom!. You can also use a little perfume or deodorant down there or put a little baby powder in your underwear to prevent/cover up odor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yeah it is going to smell, but it won't smell so the person beside you can smell it LOL!. If you can, then it means time to change it!.

I would not use a tampon if you think you may have an infection, this can lead further serious infection if in fact you have an infection in the first place!. You need to see your doctor and have it looked at!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not going to smell like roses! It's old blood and the lining of your uterus, so it's basically rotting cells!.!.!.so it's not a good smell!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
