why did you tell your mom you started when you were 11!? whats the point in that!? just tell her the truth!.!.!. and that it is your first period!.!. your mom has had her period for long before you were born!.!.!. ask her, she wont bite!. she probably went through a lot of the things u did too!.!.!.!. and if you cant talk to her!.!. go to your jr highschool nurse!. (cuz i highly doubt you can get to a doctor)

also, learn how to type a little more legibly!. it took me 5 minutes to read that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't worry you are not a freak! you just have a very heavy flow!. your young and your period with regulate out in time!. try using tampons!. and maybe a liner just to be sure!. I promise it will regulate out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use the HEAVIEST pad you can get if you live in the uk then there always blue onesWww@Answer-Health@Com

there's nothing wrong with you,
your period flow isn't the same everyday it WILL changeWww@Answer-Health@Com

u should definitely see a doctor! thats waaayyy too much!. thats definitely not a normal amount of blood!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would talk to your mother and see your doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

by the sound of it, you just have a very heavy peroid!. Dont worry, your not at all a freek!.
However i do think you need to tell your mom and go to the doctors with her because they could probably do something for this!
remember try not to be embaressed, its perfectly normally and lots of women suffer from a heavy peroid!

You can talk to your mom about it, just tell her you have been to embaressed to talk about it before if she asks why!.!. im sure she won't though!. Its not like she will get mad at you or anything; shes your mom!

to start with u haven't come on again today - ur period will last more than a day - could be a week or more!. so u don't come on every day

u are not a freak u're just having a heavy flow!. or even you're not used to knowing how much is too much!. if it's leaking out then this is a heavy flow!. perhaps trying a different brand of pad would help, ones that are longer for example and make sure that you change them often!.

remember your friends are not experts!. ask your mum she will have more experience

xx

EDIT how have you managed to lie to ur mum for 3 years!? and she not notice that you've not been having a period!. speak to her she won't mind!. even if you just say u're heavier than usualWww@Answer-Health@Com
