ok, well in work ina tiny cramped pizza place, but next week when i'm working i'll have my period!. My problem is this, i work a 7 hour shift so will need to change my !.!.!.!.ahem tampon at least 3 times, i use the largest absorbency as i am very heavy!. My problem is that the toilet is just of the kitchen with a material door/ curtain thingy, like you can hear people if they go, i work in a all-male atmosphere, and there is no customer toilet!. When the lads go they sing and talk, not a worry to them, but i'd get embarrassed and they'll know exactly what i'm doing as i'll need to go get my handbag from the front and carrying tampons in my pockets isn't a possibility!.!.!.so any ideas!? xxx

Unwrap the amount u need beforehand (to avoid rustling noises), and slot them somewhere where they wont come out and cant be seen such as in a pocket or in ur bra!. When u go just pull one out and no1 will know :) !. If noises occur just cough a little :) Sorted!.
