Question: How do your measure your own bra size!?
I've looked on many websites, and some say when measuring your back size add 4, but others say do not add 4 because that's old fashioned!. What one's the one to do now!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I normally get my boyfriend to help me measure, if I've noticed a big change in size!.
I use the sizing instructions that are on the inside of a sears catelogue, which say nothing about adding 4!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay, you really need to go to a fitter to get the perfect sizing for you!.
I can tell you that bra sizes for example 36B, the 36 means the measurement of your chest (putting a soft measuring tape the whole way around your chest over your nipples)!. The Letters define the amount of inches in which your nipple is away from your body!. A would be one inch, B would be 2 inches and so on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The band size is the measurement around your chest, just under your breasts!. The cup size is the difference between that number and the measurement around your breasts level with the nipples!.
Less than 1 inch = AA cup
1 inch = A cup
2 inches = B cup
3 inches = C cup
4 inches = D cup
5 inches = DD cup
6 inches = E cup (US DDD)
7 inches = F cup (US DDDD)
8 inches = FF cup
9 inches = G cup

Try different size bras on! They're all so different, you'll never get an accurate result by measuring!.

It's best to go to a lingerie shop or the lingerie area of a store & request to be measured professionally by personnel who are experienced!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
