hmm!.!. if the odor is really bad, and if you are experiencing any type of discoloured discharge i would go see my doctor!. it could be a sign of infection, and you need to get it taken care of asap!.

You might want to call your doctor to see if that's normal!. It may not have anything to do with the abortion at all, but it'd be good to make sure!. Make sure you're keeping really well hydrated as well which can make urine dark colored!.
