Will this help me lose inches??!??!!!?!

Question: Will this help me lose inches!?!?!!?!?!!!!?
I'm trying to lose inches instead of weight!. I'm almost a healthy weight (a tiny bit over) but I look very flabby everywhere, and I'm only 14!.
Here's my exercise routine (5 days a week):
15min walk
10min stair climbing
5min jumping rope
Billy Blank's Cardio Workout :http://www!.youtube!.com/watch!?v=GP-ADSVst!.!.!.
(^all before dinner, then after dinner)
25min of pilates
10 pushups
30 crunches

Then my eating plan:
Breakfast: Cereal and fruit or Toast and Fruit (and water)
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Water, Whole Weat Wrap (salami, lettuce, and cheese) or Peanut butter sandwich or Cranberry Lemon Bagel!. (with a plum and thinsations)
Snack: Banana and 2 cups of tea
Dinner: Cup of Warm Milk and apple
Snack: Tea

If I stick to my exercise plan, and Eating plan(I'll change it around a little) do you think I might actually lose inches!?
Do you think I should do this and buy these vitamins that help lose weight!?!? http://www!.genuinehealth!.com/english/pbn!.!.!.

Tell me what you think about it and what I should change!?
(and please please please don't tell me I'm too young to worry about my weight and inches!. I'm almost depressed about how my body looks so please just help me)
THANKS SO MUCH IF YOU COULD HELP! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you want to be fit, it is important that you get ENOUGH calories!. sounds to me like you're focusing on staying lo-cal!. if you don't get enough calories, though, your body goes into "starvation mode," and it will hold onto every calorie you put into your body!. variety in diet is also very important!.

your routine sounds okay-ish, but lighten up on yourself!. have fun with exercise! frisbee, hiking, swimming, dance dance revolution, indoor soccer, shootin' hoops, and other informal activities with friends/family can be great ways to be healthy and to avoid obsessing with how much you're burning!. before you know it, you and those around you can become fit while having a few good bonding moments!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

that is not healthy you need to tell your Doctor about your det and see if he/she thinks you need to do anything about it!. show them this reply and your message!. there is nothing wrong about wanting to lose inches but it gets bad if it is unhealthy and losing inches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't be so hard on yourself!
i'm the same age as you and i don't worry about this stuff!.!.
you're still growing and you probably haven't even lost your baby fat yet!.
just calm down a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I think first of all honey you are super compulsive and obsessive about what you're eating!. You are developing an eating disorder and thats not good!. I think that your body image of yourself is off because you are so obsessive, milk and apple for dinner!? Not good!. Its good to exercise and want to stay healthy but your image of yourself have nothing to do with your body but some self-esteem issue you are having!. Please deal with it because its dangerous to think the way you are!. Believe in yourself more and have more confidence!. You are beautiful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
