Umm!. i have my period this week and i'm afraid to go to gym to change!. i wear pads, not tampons and i'm afraid the other girls will see the wings on my underwear!.!.!. what should i do!? i don't want them knowing i have my period but we have to change for gym and we change in a very confined area!.!.!. any help please!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i used to hide the wings on my pad by putting on a pair of little boy shorts or booty cut shorts over my under wear!. make sure they're a nice snuggle fit so it look's cute!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
