I'm hungry. And I'm dying from cramps?!


Question: I'm hungry!. And I'm dying from cramps!?
Ok well, this morning I woke up with severe cramps!. I decided to stay home from school because of the pain and not to mention my extremely heavy flow!.!. and I'm so hungry!.!. hunger pains mixed with cramping pains is aweful! But I'm scared to eat cuz it might make my cramps worse!. What foods are good to eat when I have cramps and what foods should I avoid!? & BTW I'm vegetarian, I don't eat eggs either!.
