I'm on my period, and my bf slept with me like 3 hours ago!. He was really horny and I couldn't tell him no!. Now I feel some pain in my lower back and vagina!.

Have you ever felt like this before when you have sex!. It may be just because you are on your period!. Do not fret, let your body rest for 24 hour and you relax too!. Avoid sex for the next 48 (if possible) :)
If it goes away after that, it may just be that he was a little rough and on top of that you were on your period!.
If the pain still persists, I would recommendd you go see the doctor to get more advice or tests done!.

You should be fine; there is nothing unsafe about having sex during your period!. The sex has probably just exarcebated your normal menstrual cramps; more likely, though, you probably just weren't lubricated and limber enough for sex if you weren't interested in it!.

could just be pain from your period!. sometimes sex eases cramps, sometimes it doesn't!.
and if it was rough or deep that could cause pain too!.
