I do!. I am 44 years old and I have always used a tampon at night for the first two nights of my period!. And I often have one in from 9!.30 to 6!.30!. For the other nights, I don't use anything, just put a tampon in as soon as I get up!. I hate pads!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I never wear pads!. I wear tampons all the time and my period lasts for 7 days!. As long as you don't use to big of an absorbency or leave it in there for longer than about 9 hours maybe a little longer, you should be fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i wouldn't see it being a problem depending on your flow and so long as you insert a fresh one just before going to bed and a fresh one in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you can!. But remember to also listen to your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
