Question: Calling all UK women! Need help please!.!.!.!?

Can anyone recommend a good tablet that I can take just before and during my period to help ease water retention!?

I get so bloated that I literally can't fit into my clothes, and it's unbelievably uncomfortable!. I'm pretty sure I found one about 4 years ago in Boots, but I haven't used it since before I became pregnant, and I can't for the life of me remember what it was called!. I'm pretty certain it was herbal, though, and that it had celery in it!?

If anyone knows the name of this product, or can recommend a really good one that you've used yourself, I'd really appreciate it!

I think Maca had a point really!. You could go to Boots and they might know the one you mean!. I don't think Maca meant any harm with their answer!.

I heard fluid pills can help!. also called water pills, they help promote fluid balance in the system!. they are found in the vitamin section!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
