With halloween coming up in 4 days, how do I make it so that I don't have to worry about blood stains and my continuous cramps!.

take some advil and where a pad just in case!.!.!. but if you plan on partying drinking a lot can make cramps worse and bleeding heavier so stay away from the alcohol that night!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
there's nothing you can do unless you have been on birth control for more than a month, in that case you can skip it!. if you're not on the pill, wear a tampon and a pad just to be safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
