Any advice on abnormal thought processes?!

Question: Any advice on abnormal thought processes!?
I went to the dr!. about 3 wks ago and she prescribed Prozac for depression!. She also ordered a blood test for hypothyroidism!. Come to find out I do have hypothyroidism and I have an appointment with the dr!. on Wednesday to get the medication for it but I'm still taking the Prozac till I see her!. (depression is one of the symptoms of hypothyroidism)
The problem is that I've been having weird thought processes the last couple of days!. For example, I was driving my car the other day and I turned the ignition off!. After I thought about it I realized that what I planned on doing was turn the air conditioner off but I guess I got confused and didn't realize until the car was not accelerating!.
I also washed my hair when I was taking a shower and forgot to put conditioner in; I didn't remember until I was drying my hair!. Then last night I got undressed in my sleep and today I can't find the clothes I had on last night!. I have no idea what I did with them!
These things are not normal for me and I don't really know what to do about it; it's kinda scary- who knows what I did with my clothes!!
Any help!?!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you had your B12 levels tested!. Low levels can cause these symptoms and the loss of cognitive abilities can be permanent!. Depression is often a common misdiagnosis for this because many doctors don't think to test for it!. Here are the symptoms, but regardless, just make sure your doctor test you for it!. It changed my life!. It's a vitamin you can get at the supermarket!. Take it regardless of your levels!. It won't hurt you!.

Weakness!.
Fatigue!.
Lightheadedness!.
A pale appearance!.
A sore, red tongue or bleeding gums!.
Loss of taste and appetite with weight loss!.
Diarrhea or constipation!.
A rapid heartbeat or chest pain!.
Shortness of breath upon exertion!.
Low levels of vitamin B12 cause damage to the brain and nerve cells!. The symptoms this causes may be the first ones you notice!. They can include:2

Numbness or tingling in the fingers and toes!.
Poor balance and coordination!.
Forgetfulness!.
Depression!.
Confusion!.
Difficulty thinking and concentrating!.
Impaired judgment and poor control of impulses!.
A decreased ability to sense vibration!.
Ringing in the ears (tinnitus)!.
Dementia, a decline in mental abilities that is severe enough to interfere with daily life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
