Whats a menstrual cup?!

I use a divacup http://www!.divacup!.com/ it is made of soft silicone!. It's about 2 inches in diameter and a little more then 2 inches long!. It's inserted into your vagina and seals around your cervix!. And yes its easy to use, and not messy!. It's much more comfortable to wear than a tampon and gets emptied every 12 hours!. You can sleep with it, go running, go swimming and never have any leaks =) which is much more than i can say for tampons!. It's much more sanitary than tampons, there is no risk of TSS associated with the divacup as it does not collect vaginal discharge!. It is much more environmentally friendly also!. I love to use a diva cup as it is much cleaner than a tampon and very comfortable!. I would definitely recommend this to all women!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

from what I read, it works like a tampon or pad except it is in shape of a cup that you insert with the open side up, kind of like the female condom!. They say there is no side effect unless you are allergic to vinyl, silicone, latex or whatever other types there are!. I would stick to what you know!.!.!.they have been trying to push them here in the USA for a long time and they don't sell!. I would think it would be messier than a pad and condom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I use instead and I purchase them from target, but that Diva one sounds pretty cool!. I like them because you don't have to worry about changing them too often, and you can have "clean" (blood free) sex while wearing them!.

*Edit* I will not be trying the Diva cup, because the site says you should remove it before sex!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
