It took me a long time of usage and practice to get it in far enough!. And even with my constant use of them now, I sometimes still can't get it in far enough!.

You're supposed to put the applicator in up to wear your fingers of the applicator touch the outside!. Then you just push the tampon in without moving the applicator!. This can be very difficult if your not really heavy on your period because the vagina isn't lined with blood, so it can be painful!.

Sometimes, I'll just end up moving the applicator slightly out as I push in so it doesn't hurt so bad and I don't cause myself cramps!.

That's the best I can tell ya!.!.!. that and to keep calm as much as possible, because if you're frustrated those muscles will tighten and it will make it worse!. So always be calm and relaxed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They go in as far as the length of the applicator or as long as your index finger if you are using non-applicator type!. The vagina is about 6 inches long and this means they will be sitting in the middle part which is the best spot for them!. The only bit outside should be about half the string!. You should not be able to feel a properly inserted tampon at all!. You may need to lubricate the tip of it to help slide it in!.!.!.vaseline or ky jelly or menstrual blood all work!. Its easist to try when on a heavy day of your cycle as everything is wet'n'slippery!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best advice I can give is when you are placing the tampon in make sure that you do not push on the applicator until it is fully inserted into your vagina!. If you start pushing the applicator too soon to place the tampon in, the tip on the tampon will be slightly out of your vagina!. There are 2 parts to the applicator the part that you push and the part that holds the tampon, just make sure that the part that holds the tampon is all the way in your vagina before pushing the tampon in!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No one should ever stick a tampon up inside of them! Haven't you ever heard of toxic shock syndrome!?! Think about it, what you are doing is plugging up something that is supposed to be open and able to flow out freely and naturally! And have you ever looked at the tip of a tampon!? See if you can easily pull the little hair like cotton material off easily, betcha can ! That is way not cool especially if that stuff comes off and stays up inside you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
