Period Pains????!!!!?!
Question: Period Pains!?!?!?!?!!!!!?
I have started my period today and can't bear it! It's murdering me! I have taken all of those crappy medicines e!.g!. ibuprofen, panadol!. As I said all of it! Even a bottle of hot water!. Nothing helps!. I cannot be myself!.
Please help!?!?!?
p/s I have been to a doctor and he said it's absolutely normal and that every woman goes through it!. (Yeah, I know but I'm literally dying here)

I have all this to but i haven't started yet!. i would advice u to drink hot milk, this is because ur period blood will go thinner and it would ease the pain!. u wont feel a thing!.my sister is always dying from pain, and my mum does this and i don't have to hear her screams (that's a relief) lol

Take naproxen!.!.!.with lots of water!. Take a walk!.!.!.even though it's probably the LAST thing you want to do, a quick walk (fifteen minutes) especially in the cold will get your blood flowing to help relieve the pain, not to mention if it's cold enough you'll focus on the cold rather than the pain :) good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i know how u feel!. mine have alwayssss been bad, i used to load up with advil (taking 3 every 5 hrs) all the time as it was the only thing that helped me!. it lead to a bleeding ulcer!.

You will just have to live with it i'm afraid, my girlfriend has bad period pains and shes tried taking all of the different medicines but they didnt help!. They might lessen when you grow older!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I take 2 Aleve gel caps and take a hot shower, then i go to bed and sleep on top of a heating pad!.!.!. it helps me!. Birth control pills did help decrease the cramps when i was younger as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
